The time of shipping system can vary due to a number of factors including holidays, service delays, weather etc.

Return Window
Customers can request a return or size exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Conditions
Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Refund Amount
Refunds are issued only for the product value. Shipping charges (forward and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to wrong product, damage, or manufacturing defect.
Refund Method
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer provided by the customer.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
Exchanges
Only size exchanges are allowed. One exchange per order. Exchange is processed after the return pickup is confirmed and QC is passed.
Non-Returnable Items
Discounted or sale items, innerwear/base layers, clearance products, and free gifts are non-returnable.
Damage / Wrong Item
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, image proof is mandatory. Once verified, free return and full product refund or exchange is provided.
For Cash on Delivery Order Returns, you have to provide bank details with Bank A/c No and IFSC code to reimburse the payment. It would take upto 10 - 15 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Online Payment Order Returns, the payment would be reimbursed directly to your account from which the payment is made. It would take upto 7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
